     错误说明 : 验证交易消息签名失败。您可根据以下指引，尝试解决问题。
     1、请您排查数字证书是否已过期。点击电脑右下方广州银行图标

，登录后查看证书有效期是否已过期；如已过期，请登录网上银行，通过"客户服务—证书管理—证书更新"进行证书更新及下载。
2、如数字证书未过期，请下载安装广州银行网银助手:首先通过"常用—设置"菜单根据您的USBKEY型号选择对应的驱动程序，再通过"常用—全面检测"菜单点击"全面检测"后进行"一键修复"，完成后重新打开浏览器登录个人网上银行进行操作。

     错误说明：注册表信息不完整。您可根据以下指引，尝试解决问题。
     1、请点击电脑“控制面板-程序和功能-卸载或更改程序”，选择广州银行USB KEY管理工具，卸载完成后重启电脑。按以下2或3指引操作。
     2、插入USB KEY，如电脑右下角显示广州银行LOGO

，可正常办理业务；如未显示，请点击“计算机”，双击广州银行LOGO

后按提示完成管理工具安装，安装完成后可正常办理业务。
3、或者下载安装广州银行网银助手：首先通过“常用-设置”根据您的USB KEY型号选择对应的选项，再通过“全面检测”菜单点击“全面检测”后进行“一键修复”，完成后重新打开浏览器登录个人网银办理业务。

错误说明：管理工具未启动。
请您点击电脑左下角

，双击广州银行USB KEY管理工具，手动启动管理工具，重新插入USB KEY后电脑右下角显示广州银行LOGO

，即可正常办理业务。

没有找到相匹配的Key，您可根据以下指引，尝试解决问题。
1、请您排查是否插入Key，插入后电脑查看右下角是否显示广州银行图标

。
     （1）如未显示广州银行图标，请进入“我的电脑-CD驱动器：GZCB”，选择应用程序进行下载安装USB Key管理工具，安装完成后重新打开浏览器登录个人网上银行进行操作。
     （2）如已显示广州银行图标，请拔出Key，重启电脑，重新打开浏览器进行操作。
     2、如通过上述操作仍未能解决问题，请进入“控制面板-卸载程序”，选择对应广州银行USB Key管理工具，卸载后按上述第2点重新安装，完成后打开浏览器进行操作。
